Delima brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Finance and Audit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Audit from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, is a passed finalist of CMA Sri Lanka, and a Member of AAT Sri Lanka. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Business Administration at the Auckland Institute of Studies.

Prior to relocating to New Zealand, Delima gained valuable hands-on experience working as an Accountant in Sri Lanka, managing financial operations across various sectors. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, financial reporting, and risk assessment. Her proven ability to analyse complex financial data and implement effective strategies has consistently supported organisations in achieving sustainable growth and maintaining robust financial governance.

As an Advisory Support Coordinator, Delima plays a crucial role in supporting financial advisors in the areas of mortgages and life insurance. She ensures exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and adherence to industry regulations. Known for her methodical approach, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, Delima delivers tailored solutions aligned with each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about professional development and building lasting client relationships, always upholding the highest standards of integrity and service.

In 2024, Delima relocated to New Zealand with her family to embrace new opportunities and further her education. She is committed to applying her expertise within the New Zealand market and making a meaningful contribution to her field.
